Job Title: Lab Support Specialist Location: Wilmington, MA Type: Contract Compensation: $20.35 - $28.81/hr Work Model: Onsite Hours: 8am-5pm Responsibilities Run Monthly Lab Organizations Meetings to address concerns and share information Waste Management: Manage waste streams, schedule Triumvirate waste pickups Chemical Inventory: Manage existing and new chemicals coming into the Wilmington lab Ordering Management: Place and receive orders for supplies and consumables Inventory Management: Ensure sufficient stock of consumables are available in the lab Coordinate vendor visits in the lab Manage Service Contracts: Work with Procurement to renew contracts, manage new equipment and CapEx purchases, and ensure quotes have the best pricing possible Equipment Maintenance: Perform daily, monthly, and yearly maintenance, PM management, calibration management, troubleshoot equipment Shipping and Receiving Coordinate Customer visits to Wilmington Lab 360 Lab Coat management Learn NGS library prep workflows to assist in manual testing Requirements Bachelor's degree in a science related field Lab experience preferred System One, and its subsidiaries including Mountain Ltd., are leaders in delivering outsourced services and workforce solutions across North America.
